The Religious Life
Religious life is a profound invitation to dedicate your entire being to God and His people. For the Missionaries of Jesus, this commitment is lived through the sacred vows of Poverty, Chastity, and Obedience.
These promises are not restrictions, but keys to a radical freedom. Through Poverty, we choose simplicity so we may stand in true solidarity with the marginalized. Through Chastity, we embrace an undivided heart, freeing us to be "friends" to all. Through Obedience, we surrender our own plans to go wherever the mission demands—to the furthest frontiers and the forgotten margins.
This path requires sacrifice, courage, and a deep love for Christ. It is a life fully given, offering a unique joy found only in total service.

Shared Life, Shared Mission
The call to be "Friends and Disciples" extends to everyone. We believe that laypeople bring unique gifts, professional expertise, and a different perspective that is vital to the harvest. Whether you are a teacher, a healthcare worker, an artist, or a student, your skills can be the "practical grace" that transforms a community.
Being a Lay Partner or Volunteer is more than just "helping out"; it is an invitation to Accompaniment. It is about sharing life with the marginalized, listening to the wisdom of the Lumad, and witnessing the Gospel through your daily actions. Whether you serve for a few weeks or commit to a long-term partnership, you become an essential heartbeat of our mission in the frontiers.
Come and walk with us. Let us build a more just and peaceful world, together.

Stewardship as an Act of Love
To be a Christian is to be a missionary. While not all are called to go to the frontiers, all are called to sustain the mission through the fruit of their labor. Partnering with the Missionaries of Jesus is not a mere donation; it is a sacred exercise of stewardship. When you share your resources, you are not just funding a project—you are becoming the "providence of God" for the Lumad, the poor, and the brothers who serve them. By standing with those in the peripheries, you fulfill the Gospel mandate to love in deed and in truth, ensuring that the light of Christ reaches the places where it is needed most.
